We're seeking a passionate and pragmaticHead of Product to spearhead our product strategy, build a world-class product team, and drive the evolution of our cutting-edge platform. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow, with the expectation of regular in-office presence & collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Define:Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with Talixo's overall business objectives.
• Build and Scale:Implement and nurture a dedicated product organization within our existing structure, transitioning from stakeholder-managed product to a focused product team.
• Get Your Hands Dirty:Initially, you'll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on Product Manager, diving into the details to understand our product deeply and drive early wins. As the team grows, you'll transition to a more strategic focus.
• Conquer Complexity:Take ownership of defining and delivering crucial projects, such as our new pricing system, utilizing methodologies that ensure comprehensive and efficient execution.
• Navigate Stakeholders:Effectively manage and influence key stakeholders across the organization, even in a "non-product-centric" environment, building strong relationships and fostering a shared understanding of the product vision.
• Establish Foundations:Lead the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base to empower the entire organization with product understanding.
• Prioritize and Execute:Ability to prioritize a high volume of opportunities, distilling the critical path and driving rapid yet diligent progress.
• Embrace the Scale-Up:Thrive in a high-growth environment with evolving processes and documentation, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Extensive Product Experience:10+ years of product management experience within scale-up companies. We're open to two exciting paths:
• A current Product Head eager to roll up their sleeves and initially function as a partial Product Manager.
• A highly experienced Product Manager ready for an official upgrade, bringing significant team management experience and a deep understanding of building product teams.
• Organizational Builder:Proven experience in implementing and launching a product organization within a company where the product was previously managed by stakeholders.
• Scale-Up DNA:A strong track record in startup/scale-up environments characterized by rapid growth and evolving structures.
• Technical Familiarity:Experience working with tech stacks and architectures similar to ours, including mobile GPS tracking apps, Supply SaaS tools, pricing (dynamic and yield management), dispatching, customer SaaS tools, whitelabeling, and API integrations.
• Project Leadership:Demonstrated success in leading and delivering critical organizational projects, with a strong understanding of effective definition and specification methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management Prowess:Experience in effectively managing and influencing key stakeholders in organizations where product may not have been the central focus.
• Knowledge Architect:Experience in building or planning the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Tech Savvy:Familiarity with our tech stack (Django/Python, REACT) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce) is a significant plus.
