Organizational Change Management Consultant: Principal/Senior Principal

Join our Talent & Organization team in Poland as we seek purpose-driven professionals experienced in driving Organizational Change Management within large international digital transformations. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience, ensuring successful adoption and ROI of transformation programs.

1. Lead and manage change management efforts for large, complex global IT transformation projects, providing senior-level program delivery leadership.
2. Develop and strengthen the OCM community through market positioning, service development, and best practice sharing.
3. Engage in business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
4. Design and develop change management strategies and service offerings tailored to client needs.
5. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients at the C-level, identifying and converting sales opportunities.
6. Ensure quality and profitability of engagements.
7. Mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
8. Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development.

• 8-10 years of senior-level consulting experience (must-have).
• Experience in business transformation and change management, preferably in top-tier consultancies.
• Proven success in business development across sales cycles, including pipeline management and proposal creation.
• Experience with Digital Transformation and ERP programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills; ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate data effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English; additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% within EMEA; project-related mobility required.
• PROSCI certification.
